I don't get it. How could you have told them not to use that phone if they hadn't called tech support yet for you to say that?
The tech support wait time is sometimes up to 10 minutes, through that 10 minutes the automated voice says every 30 seconds to call back from a landline if they're calling from the phone we need to work on. After hearing that 40 times and I get half way through the issue to find out he was too ignorant to notice the instructions, it becomes very frustrating.
